Karin Archer Myles MHSc

Founder + Principal Consultant

Karin Archer Myles is a strategic advisor who helps healthcare, nonprofit and community organizations navigate complexity, align teams and move from strategy to action.

With over 15 years of experience, she works with senior leaders and Boards to strengthen operations, improve collaboration and lead organization-wide change. Her work spans strategic planning, governance and operating model alignment, service redesign and large-scale implementation.

Karin is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges and helping teams make meaningful progress - quickly and practically.

She holds a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Toronto’s Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University and a post-graduate certificate in Corporate Communications, where she was awarded the Doris Whiteside Award.

Chelsea Bristow R.N.

Clinical Advisor & Design Specialist 

Chelsea Bristow is a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience across acute care, transplant services, community health and public health in Canada and the UK.

At Arcverity, she supports clinical workflow design, research and analysis, and the development of practical, evidence-informed tools that improve care delivery and client experience. She is known for translating complex clinical information, data and research into clear, usable resources for frontline teams and service users.

Chelsea brings a strong analytical lens alongside deep clinical expertise - synthesizing evidence, mapping processes and designing intuitive tools, education materials and decision supports that strengthen consistency, communication and quality of care.
