Karin Archer Myles, MHSc
CEO + Principal Consultant
Karin is a strategic advisor and transformation lead with almost 20 years experience supporting healthcare, nonprofit, and community organizations through periods of growth and change. She is known for helping leaders cut through complexity, clarify direction, and move from strategy into practical execution that strengthens collaboration, improves operations, and delivers measurable results.
Her work spans system redesign, schedule optimization, governance alignment, strategic planning, leadership development, and organization-wide change initiatives. Karin brings a steady, grounded approach to complex challenges, combining thoughtful facilitation, clear communication, and disciplined execution to help teams move forward with confidence.
She has held progressive leadership roles across hospitals, regional health networks, and community care before founding Arcverity Consulting in 2024. Today, she partners with CEOs, boards, and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that make care better, operations smoother, and collaboration stronger.
Karin holds an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Toronto and a BA from Dalhousie University. She lives in Burlington, Ontario with her four children, husband, and labradoodle.

Winn Binks
Junior Associate
Winn is a thoughtful and highly capable emerging professional completing her final year of a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion at Dalhousie University. Her academic work focuses on population health, health equity, program evaluation, and the social determinants of health, giving her a strong foundation in understanding how systems shape people’s lived experiences and outcomes.
At Arcverity, Winn supports environmental scans, qualitative analysis, survey design, document development, and project coordination across multiple transformation initiatives. She has a natural ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights and is skilled in identifying patterns, themes, and opportunities within large amounts of qualitative data.
Winn brings curiosity, discipline, and a strong work ethic to every project. Her grounded, thoughtful approach makes her an invaluable contributor to engagements involving stakeholder interviews, cross-functional workshops, community-based planning, and organisational analysis. She is particularly interested in accessibility, equity-informed design, and improving how organisations understand and respond to the needs of the people they serve.

Chelsea Bristow, RN
Clinical Advisor & Design Specialist
Chelsea is a registered nurse with more than 15 years of experience across acute care, transplant services, community health, and public health in both Canada and the UK. She brings deep clinical expertise combined with a strong talent for translating complex medical concepts into clear, accessible tools and experiences for clients, families, and frontline teams.
At Arcverity, Chelsea advises on clinical workflow, best practices, client experience design, and the development of practical resources that support safe, consistent care. She excels at breaking down complicated systems into intuitive pathways, designing education materials, decision supports, and user-friendly processes that improve communication and reduce confusion for staff and service users alike.
Chelsea’s approach blends clinical rigour with empathy, ensuring every solution considers real-world pressures and the lived experiences of both clients and providers. Her experience working with medically complex populations, coordinating care across interdisciplinary teams, and navigating both hospital and community environments gives her a holistic perspective that strengthens every project.
She brings a rare combination of clinical insight, clear communication, and thoughtful design, helping organizations create tools and processes that truly work for the people using them.
